Welcome to Zenitram Systems!  I introduced DoumbekFX  in 2001 as a way to liven up my doumbek and have since developed it into a product that anyone can use in their own hand-drums!

DoumbekFX is a small battery-operated device that instantly installs inside any doumbek (darbuka) or other hand-drum (djembe, etc.).  From inside your drum, it emits powerful flashes of colored light from it's Ultrabright LED Array as you play any rhythm.  The head of the drum flashes different colors in response to the bass and slap-tones from your drum, providing a mesmerizing effect at any time, any place you play your drum!
The DoumbekFX/DSP unit instantly installs into your drum simply by pushing it inside, using a spring-arm to hold it securely in place.  If you have multiple drums, you can swap one unit between them easily, or of course you can get one for each of your drums!
